1. About Mira Analysis
Mira Analysis is an aesthetic consultation service that provides personalised facial analysis reports. It is operated by Cplex Management AG, Lättichstrasse 6, 6340 Baar, Zug, Switzerland ("Mira", "we", "us"). By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mira Analysis. By creating an account or submitting any photos, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we may suspend or close the account, decline to deliver a report, and delete any photos already submitted.
You may submit photos only of yourself. You may not submit images of any other person.
3. Not Medical Advice
Mira Analysis provides aesthetic and cosmetic recommendations only. Our reports are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we are not doctors, dermatologists, or licensed medical practitioners.
Any comparison we make to the cost or value of professional services is for illustration only and does not mean our service is equivalent to or a substitute for professional care. Nothing in your report should be relied on as a reason to start, stop, or change any medical treatment, medication, active skincare regimen, supplement, diet, or exercise programme.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, skin, or appearance. You act on your report entirely at your own discretion and risk.
4. AI-Generated Renders and Results
Your report includes renders generated by artificial intelligence. These renders are illustrative only. They are an artistic visualisation of potential appearance and are not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of any actual result, nor a representation that any particular outcome is achievable for you. We do not guarantee that following any recommendation will produce any specific change in your appearance.
5. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Mira Max Monthly: $12.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Mira Max Annual: $69 per year, billed annually
Your subscription gives you access to one facial analysis report per 30-day period, your personal dashboard, harmony score tracking, and progress monitoring.
6. Billing and Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan, at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in USD and include any VAT or sales tax that applies based on your location. That tax is already part of the price you see, and we account for and remit it to the relevant authorities ourselves. We do not add any further charges. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if you pay in another currency.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using the manage-subscription option in your dashboard, or by emailing hello@miraanalysis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your dashboard and existing reports until then. Your subscription does not renew after that.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Our report is a digital service that begins as soon as you submit your photos and is fully performed once your report is delivered. When you subscribe, you expressly request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once your report has been delivered.
Because each report carries a real cost that we incur to produce it, reports are non-refundable once delivered. You may always contact us at hello@miraanalysis.com to request a refund, and we will consider each request fairly and at our discretion. If you have not yet submitted your photos or received your report, contact us within 24–48 hours of payment and we will refund you in full.
If you believe a delivered report is materially defective or does not provide you with any real value, contact us and we will review it. Refunds in these cases are assessed reasonably and granted at our discretion.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a report you have paid for, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
9. Report Delivery
We aim to deliver your report within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete onboarding submission. Delivery times are an estimate and may vary during periods of high demand.
A complete submission requires: front-facing photo, side profile photo, close-up skin photo, full body photo, and style photo, plus completed questionnaire answers.
10. Your Photos and Data
To produce your report we ask you to upload photos of your face and body and to complete a questionnaire. You confirm that the photos are of you and that you have the right to provide them.
Facial images analysed to assess appearance may be sensitive personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. By subscribing and submitting your photos, you give your explicit consent for us to process them for one purpose only: to produce and deliver your personalised report. We do not store your photos for any other use, we do not use them for any commercial purpose, and we do not use them to train any AI model.
You can withdraw consent and request deletion of your photos and report at any time by emailing hello@miraanalysis.com. Full details of how we handle your data and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Your Responsibilities
By using Mira Analysis you agree to: submit only photos of yourself; provide accurate questionnaire information; not share your account; not use the service unlawfully; and not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or build a competing product from our platform or reports.
12. Intellectual Property
Your report is produced for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell your report or any part of it without our written permission. All platform content, design, methodology, scoring system, report format, and technology are owned by Cplex Management AG.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, and nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cplex Management AG is not liable for any decision you make based on your report, any cosmetic or health outcome of following a recommendation, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Zug, Switzerland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there where the law allows. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
